\r\n\t"The other bruises and damage were not lethal, not immediately, pathologist Hadas Gips told a judge on Thursday.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\t"Had he received medical care immediately he would almost certainly have survived. Even without it, the deceased might have survived."<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\tElor Azaria, who killed al-Sharif, is an Israeli trooper.<\/p>\r\n
