\r\n\tThe UN fact-finding mission finally issued its report on the Israeli war on Gaza in 2014 summer based on the existing evidence as well as interviews with eye witnesses through phone after Israel refused to give it access to the war zone.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\tThe report however has failed to provide some remedy to the ordeal of the war victims in Gaza who are still grappling with the consequences of the Israeli destruction as it has put the name of the murderer and the victims side by side, treating them alike.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\tThe report condemns both Israel and Hamas for war crimes while leveling the sort of accusations against Hamas that never amounts to those committed by Israel as if to condemn two individuals to death for murdering with the former killing over a thousand in a no-holds-barred mood and the latter killing a few with no intention.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\tThe report also fails to condemn Israel for triggering the war by undercutting a unity government between Hamas and Fatah and stifling waves of protest against the burning to death of Palestinian minor, Mohammad abu Khudeir in the occupied West Bank and the occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem').<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\tThe Zionist regime actually was in dire need of the war on Gaza both to undercut the government and to distract attentions from a potential intifada in the two occupied areas. Hamas and other resistance groups in Gaza should have been acquitted over their right of self defense against an initiating, invading Israel.<\/p>\r\n
