\r\n\tIsraeli cabinet has formulated a draft bill under which Palestinian stone throwers would be punished by 10 to 20 years in prison.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\tMaan quoted the Israeli Hebrew radio that Zionist lawyers have offered the prison term for stone throwers.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\tMeanwhile, Israeli police have detained more than 100 Palestinians in the eastern side of the occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem') since July for throwing stones.<\/p>\r\n
