The participants carried Palestinian and Lebanese flags, as well as DFLP flags, and photographs of late President Yasser Arafat, Secretary General of the Democratic Front Nayef Hawatmeh and assassinated Hezbollah commander Imad Mughniyya. The march ended in the Martyrs Cemetery in the camp, with a wreath laying ceremony on the tomb of the unknown soldier.\r\nDFLP member Khaled Abu Swed delivered a speech, calling for rebuilding Palestinian unity on the basis of the national accord and the Cairo Agreement. He also called for Arab states to play a more decisive role in helping the Palestinian people and pressuring Zionist regime to stop its aggression and lift the siege on Gaza. \r\nAbu Swed condemned US President George W.
