Gaza power plant cuts output

A senior Gaza energy official says the territory's only power plant has shut down one of its four turbines because Israel hasn't shipped enough fuel.

Kaanan Obeid from the Gaza Energy Authority says one turbine was shut down at 1:00 am and another will be switched off by midday.
