Israel launches its biggest exercises

The Zionist regime began its largest-ever military drill Sunday in a move many analysts downplay as a consolation ceremony to restore part of its soldiers' morale.

The five-day drill, dubbed "Turning Point 2," will include security cabinet meetings aimed at examining the effectiveness of the decision-making process during attacks.

Zionist regime's Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said during Sunday's cabinet meeting that the drill was a 'continuation of lessons learned' during the July-August 2006 war against Lebanon.

In the 33-day war, the regime conceded an ominous defeat at the hand of member of Lebanese Islamic Resistance Movement, Hezbollah.
