Israeli society plagued with corruption

The Israeli society and its public system "are plagued with the corruption of civil servants and elected officials," Israeli newly-appointed State Prosecutor Moshe Lador told the Knesset Monday.
 
"A society in which the public cannot trust its elected officials puts its existence at risk," he added.
