Protest in Paris against Israeli attacks

Nearly thirty non-governmental organizations (NGOs) support a rally Saturday in Paris against the Zionist regime's crimes in Gaza.

In response to the call of the General Union of Palestinian Students in France (GUPS), about thirty French and foreign NGOs, including the "Jewish French Union for Peace" and "Americans Against War," backed the rally which is expected to see a massive participation, according to the organisers, in order to say "stop the massacres, stop the siege on Gaza," and to mobilize French and international solidarity in favour of the Palestinian people's resistance.

The protesters marched in the streets carrying Palestinian flags, and pictures of the late president Yasser Arafat, they also carried posters condemning the Israeli attacks against the Palestinian people, and rejecting Peres’s visit.

Approximately 5000 protesters participated in the activity and slammed the international idleness while the Israeli occupation is ongoing with its attacks against the civilians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

The protesters also slammed the “shameful positions of the Arab leaders regarding the Palestinian cause and struggle”.
