Abbas: Talks only after truce
Palestinian Authority President Mahmud Abbas said on Wednesday that he will resume suspended 'peace' talks only after a truce puts an end to Zionist regime's violence.
"The negotiations must resume, but only after a truce takes effect," Abbas told reporters after talks with visiting Hungarian President Laszlo Solyom.
Abbas believed that American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was involved in the efforts towards the truce.
