Siniora: Israel, Lebanon's only enemy

The Lebanese Prime Minister says his country wants good relations with all the countries except for Zionist regime which is Lebanon's only enemy.

Lebanon is seeking 'good relations' with Syria and Iran, said Fouad Siniora upon arrival in London, Daily Star reported Tuesday.

"However, relations must be based on mutual respect,” he added.

Siniora commented on the recent clashes that took place in different areas of Beirut saying that triggering internal strife will serve Israel's interests.

Siniora ended a visit to Kuwait Monday before heading to London. He is also expected to visit France and Germany.
