IRGC warns of real holocaust in Gaza

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Thursday condemned the Zionist regime for its new wave of violence against Palestinians which left over 40 dead and 80 wounded in Gaza Strip since January 16 and warned of a real holocaust taking place in Gaza Strip.

The IRGC called on people from all walks of life to take part in nationwide rallies on Friday to demonstrate outrage of the Muslim World at systematic massacres being perpetrated by Israeli regime against the Palestinians.

New wave of war crimes which have been committed in Gaza Strip is another the black spot in history, the IRGC said in a statement adding that both Israel and and the US are accountable for the heinous crimes in Gaza taking place in the aftermath of Annapolis conference (held in Maryland last November) and recent visit to the Middle East of US President George W. Bush.

It is incumbent upon Muslim countries to oblige the international institutions and human rights advocacy groups to adopt a rational and logical approach to exert more pressure on the Zionist regime, the statement said.

It is shameful that over 50 wealthy Islamic countries who play major role in regional and global relations to continue their inaction toward Palestine and not to adopt a unified and effective stand to end the Palestinian plight, it said.

There is no doubt that keeping silent by the world Muslim and Arabs in recent crimes and atrocities of the Zionists might give the impression to the future generation that the Muslims have moved in line with the policies of the Zionists, said the statement.

Families of those who fell victims to Israeli heinous crimes in Gaza Strip will never give up their struggle, but, they would continue with more courage to deal fatal blow to the Zionist criminals, said the statement.

IRGC forces and the Basij (voluntary forces) are to attend in the mass rallies on Friday to express their disgust for the crimes of the Zionists and voice their support for the Cause of Palestine until liberation of Beit-ul Moqaddas, the first Qibla of the Muslim world, the statement added.
