In interview with Qodsna:

British expert says Iran attack reveals Israel inability; Hezbollah strikes displace Israeli settlers

A prominent political commentator in Britain said that Iran’s punitive attack on the Zionist regime revealed the regime’s inability to stop Iran’s retaliation, adding that the Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah’s strikes on the Zionists forced thousands of the settlers to flee occupied territories in northern Palestine.

Tehran, Qodsna - Rodney Shakespeare made the remarks in an interview with Qods News Agency, noting that “the attack on Iran's consulate was a typically sly action by Israel and it violated international law.”

The analyst argued, “Iran's carefully calibrated response was not only legitimate but it also revealed Israeli inability to stop any future necessary response.”

Asked about the way that the Palestinian people would be able to achieve their rights and overcome the ongoing occupation, Shakespeare noted, “The genocidal situation is not static. 80,000 Israelis have been displaced so Israel is certain to attack Hezbollah.”

He also referred to other players in the region, which can play a role in putting pressure on the Zionist regime, saying, “Moreover, at some point, Turkey may respond to political pressure and take action either at sea or on land.”

The British commentator further pointed to the Zionist regime Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s attempts to survive, arguing, “A desperate Netanyahu (trying to avoid prison) is likely to overplay his hand.”
