Palestinian teen shot, martyred by Zionist troops’ gunfire in Tulkarem

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot and martyred an 18-year-old Palestinian teen after storming Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem, at dawn Friday.

Local sources have confirmed that Mahmoud Abu Sa'an was shot in the head at point-blank range.

He was immediately taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

According to eyewitness accounts, an Israeli soldier exited a military jeep and shot Abu Sa'an in the head.

The victim successfully graduated from high school this year.

Later, armed clashes broke out in the camp, forcing the IOF to leave.

The latest victim brought the total number of Palestinians martyred by Zionist troops’ gunfire since the start of the year to 213, including 40 children, 11 women, and 8 elderly people.
