Israel intends to put pressure on Islamic countries through India

"There are several reasons for the development of India's strategic relationship with the Zionist regime," said Abdul Rabah Al-Anzi, a political affairs’ expert and professor at Al-Azhar University told qodsna correpondetns, adding “In general, it can be said that in the first place, Tel Aviv intends to expand its relations from Europe and the United States to the rest of the world, especially to the Eastern countries that have historically supported Palestine for many years, and then to gain stronger political influence”.

"By establishing strong ties with India, Israel can deprive the Palestinians and the Arabs of the opportunity to enjoy the support of a country with nuclear power and open the gates of Asia, which has been closed to this regime for years," he added.

Explaining the second reason of the Zionist regime's efforts to establish wide-ranging relations with the Eastern world, especially India, Al-Anzi said: " The Zionist regime intends to expand its economic investment, which has exceeded tens of billions of dollars, especially that the Indian technology market has always been open to the Zionist regime's export goods and military technology."

"By expaning its relations with the East, the occupying regime intends to put pressure on the Islamic countries in the region, including Iran and Pakistan, which have clear positions in support of Palestine and the resistance," professor of Al-Azhar University added.

Common views of Israel and India on Islamic movements

"The expansion of relations between India and the Zionist regime depends on several external criteria, including the possibility of changing the amount of trade in the field of energy trade, the possibility of regressing the leading Arab countries in the field of energy distribution, especially oil exporters and peace between the Arabs and Israel since 1991 and the conflicts between India and the Zionist regime with countries posseing new weapons such as Iran and Pakistan," Adnan Abu Amer, an expert on Israeli political issues, told Qodsna.
