Special meeting convened to study the role of “Great March of Return” to counter US “deal of century”
A special meeting was convened in the headquarters of the Society for the defense of Palestinian People with the participation of representatives of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Palestinian experts, to survey the role of “Great March of Return” in countering US conspiracy over the status of al-Quds.
As reported by Qods News Agency (Qodsna) the meeting was held today 18th April 2018, Khalid Ghadoumi the representative of Hamas Islamic movement started his speech and mentioned that today we are in a position that coincides with “prisoners day” and also the the 4th consecutive march of return.
He added: “today the fresh air in Palestine is fragranced with the blood of sacrifice of Palestinian people struggling to force the enemy out of Palestinian lands”
He urged: “Prisoners are our children, there are more than 6000 prisoners in Israeli prisons today, and resistance has thought us that it is capable of freeing these prisoners.”
He continued: “the children of Palestine once again surprised the enemy by their sudden move to participate in the “Great March of Return” our nation started this move to remove the unlawful boundaries of Israel, the enemy had always been trying to show that Palestinians are tired of resistance moves, but our people proved the vice-versa.”
“It’s a common understanding to everyone in the world that Gaza is a flat piece of land, and there is nowhere to hide for Palestinian demonstrators from Israeli snipers, but these brave people have opened their chests for bullets and have promised to push back the fence borders a few hundred meters.”
“The great march of return has illustrated the true dark face of the Zionist regime to the world, while we were in discussions with eauropean states and told them about our suffering from this regime, they have told us, that they also understand that the Zionist regime is a false cruel regime.”
The representative of Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Tehran mentioned Naser Abusharif said: “The Zionist strategy from the beginning of the occupation was to annihilate people of Palestine, before the occupation starts in Palestine, there were only 10000 Jews living in the country.”
He added: “Through Holocaustic movements they mass murdered Palestinian people, and this strategy still continues to happen in Palestine.”
He then mentioned the “The Great March of Return” as a legal right of Palestinian people according to a UN resolution 194. Arab countries have done nothing so far and their behavior raises a question that are they defending Palestinian people or their enemy.
Following the meeting Dr. Ruyvaran an expert of Palestinian cause said: “Trumps decision over the status of al-Quds was against international laws.”
