Meeting on Analysis of recent developments in al-Qods and downfall of Imperialist regime

A special meeting titled as “Analysis of recent developments in Qods and the refraction of Imperialist regime” was held today with the participation of Dr. Abbas Khamehyaar, the chairman of the Palestinian Committee of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, attendees from media reporters and participators from the Society for the Defense of Palestinian People.

At the beginning of the meeting, Khamehyaar, said: Our country had the least effort for some circumstances. other countries had a lot better efforts than us, and we were far behind them. Palestinian people require other countries’ voices. The importance of Palestine is different from the past. Americans succeeded to turn the atmosphere of our country completely into a different stage, and made the Palestinian issue old-fashioned.

He continued: "From the outset, Trump did courageous actions, limiting Iran and several countries, as well as his policies towards Iran. In the case of al-Qods, this decision was completely different from his other decisions. Since 1995, there has been an enactment regarding the transfer of the US embassy to al-Qods, but every time postponed six months continuously and renewed which never went pragmatic. To some regards to the region’s changes, the plan was set into agenda. The Sykes Picot agreement was some kind of security belt for the Zionist regime, and a year after Balfour's announcement Zionist regime was born.”

He emphasized: “After 100 years, the Sykes Picot agreement is redefined. The separation of Aleppo from Syria, the Kurdistan province from Iraq, the breakdown of Sudan and Libya, and all of these conflicts are leading into a regional disintegration. Most politicians and strategists like Kissinger have emphasized on this strategy. The status of al-Qods should be analyzed in this framework. Of course, it would be disastrous if this Western scenario was operational.”
