Palestinian issue, top agenda of Muslim scholars meeting

 Palestinian issue as expected became the top agenda of a meeting of pro-resistance Muslim scholars in Beirut, Lebanon that ended work on Thursday.

The meeting also considered such topics as factors behind awakening of nations, role of Muslim scholars in the combat against normalization with Israel, and the culture of resistance against Zionist conspiracies.

The scholars also considered facts and challenges in the Palestinian issue with lecturers in the conference calling for the restoration of Palestinian issue as the top Muslim agenda.

They also warned about the turning of Israel into an ally of Arab states from the position of an enemy. They noted that normalization efforts actually started as of the signing of the Camp David treaty however these days, Arab states are publically pursuing the agenda.
