The Society in Defense of the Palestinian Nation (SDPN) has opened an office in Isfahan central Iran as part of efforts to promote the pro-Palestinian campaign across the country.
In an inaugural ceremony, SDPN Secretary General Zahra Mostafavi said the mission of supporting the Palestinian nation needs a long-term cultural work and must not be confined to specific events rather it must be pursued through universities, schools, and even household meetings until its turns into a public culture.
The SDPN secretary general deplored “the extreme passive stance of the Muslim community towards Israel,” adding “the Zionist regime is a test for the reaction of the community.”
Mostafavi said the Palestinian nation had taken to the field despite all the existing problems including the disarmament of the West Bank, the 12-ear siege on Gaza and the treason of the Arab governments.
She said everyone was supposed to help the nation and the inaugural of the SDPN office in Isfahan was a step in performing the undertaking.
