Israel deports Swiss BDS activist

Israel has deported a Swiss activist who countered occupying forces at checkpoints across the occupied West Bank.
The activist with Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement was on Tuesday deported, Israeli Channel 2 News reported.
Soon after she landed at the Ben Gurion International Airport, the activist from Switzerland, who is a member of a Christian organization which works in cooperation with the BDS movement, was taken in for questioning and then deported.
According to Channel 2 News the activist, Rita Faye, visited Israel several times in the past and is known for her activities at checkpoints in the occupied Ariha (‘Jericho’) area.
