Israel to embark on another huge project in Quds

Israel on Wednesday approved a plan to carry out huge settlement projects along the path of light rail in the occupied city of al-Quds (‘Jerusalem’).

The project will include the construction of hotels, shopping centers, complexes, shops and tower buildings, PIC quoted Zionist media as saying.

Thousands of new housing units would be built as part of this project, which would also expand the commercial and hotel area along the sides of the rail's routes, it reported.

The light rail line runs for 13 kilometers.
