Majdalani attended Herzliya conference at Abbas' order

Member of the PLO executive committee, Ahmad Majdalani has reportedly attended in the Israeli Herzliya security conference at the order of the acting PA head, Mahmoud Abbas.

The PA said in a statement that Majdalani’s participation aims at stressing PA’ commitment to ‘peace and stability’ in the region.

The PA further claimed that Palestinians can only restore their infringed rights by promoting a ‘two-state solution’ on the borders of June 1967.

The Palestinian resistance factions slammed, however, Majdalani’s participation in the conference, calling the move a stab in Palestinians’ back and one that requires a serious reaction, according to PIC.
