Israeli analyst admits shortfalls in Iron Dome

A military analyst with the Zionist daily, Maariv has acknowledged that the much-touted Iron Dome missile system would fail to intercept fired projectiles in any future war.

Yossi Melman urged the Israeli army to remove the shortfalls of the system, adding even if the Israeli air force could heavily bombard the Hezbollah or Hamas positions in a next war, the regime’s missile system would prove to be a failure in the face of barrage of missiles going towards Israel.

Israeli missile system was built up using large funds however it failed its test in a 2014 genocidal war on the besieged Gaza when the resistance rockets rained over Israel.
