Positive air in Hamas-Fatah talks in Duha

The Hamas and Fatah Movements have developed definite practical ideas to execute the reconciliation agreements and address the obstacles preventing their achievement, according to PIC.

"Under the generous sponsorship of Qatar, Doha witnessed on Sunday and Monday, the seventh and eighth of February 2016, meetings between the Movements of Fatah and Hamas to discuss the mechanisms for implementing the reconciliation and addressing the obstacles that prevented its achievement in the past," Hamas stated in a press release on Monday.

"The talks have taken place in a brotherly and positive atmosphere, where the participants examined mechanisms and steps to implement the reconciliation agreements within a time schedule agreed upon," Hamas added.

"All [participants] have reached a specified practical perception for that, and it will be discussed and agreed upon inside the official institutions of the two movements and within the Palestinian national framework with national factions and figures in order for it to find its way to practical application on the ground," the Movement explained.
