Palestinian groups condemn Arab League's statement

Coalition of Palestinian resistance groups has condemned the Arab League over its hostile stance towards the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement.

The condemnation came in a statement that denounced the Arab League’s stance as being in service of the Zionist regime and the enemies of the Muslim ummah.

“We condemn the league’s provocative stance against the Islamic Republic that calls for the negotiated resolution of problems and its stance against Hezbollah that is a source of pride for the Arab and Muslim communities for its resistance against the Zionist regime during the 33-day war,” the statement said.

The statement said the Arab League has played into the hands of Saudi Arabia and enemies of Muslims, adding Saudi Arabia is the source of regional conflicts and sectarian strife in the region.

The Palestinian groups expressed hope the league would adopt the stance against the Zionist regime and its aggressions against the Palestinian nation.
