Intifada in 28th day; number of martyrs at 64

In the 28th day of the tireless Palestinian intifada, Israeli occupation soldiers gunned down a Palestinian youth in the occupied al-Khalil on Wednesday after claiming he was about to launch a stabbing attack.

The Israeli TV Channel 10 said that the soldiers killed the youth in Tel Ermaida in al-Khalil.

However, eyewitnesses said that the soldiers fired more than 11 bullets at the young man and left him to bleed on the ground and prevented anyone from approaching or helping him then put a knife beside his body.

They added that the cold-blooded murder occurred in the same place where another youth, Hammam Assaad, was killed last night also at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces.
