ISIL, US tool to sideline Palestinian issue

Secretary of Iran’s National Security Council, Ali Shamkhani says the US and its allies in the region have sought in the past few years to turn the Palestinian issue as a secondary regional issue overshadowed by the scourge of the Takfiri terfror groups.

The security chief was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) on the sidelines of Tehran’s marches in the international day of Quds.

Shamkhani said the designation of the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as day of Quds bv the late Imam Khomeini would keep Palestinian issue aloft and atop any regional agenda.
