A senior tribal authority in Iraq says there is no doubt Israel and America have had a key role in the formation of terror groups in Middle East.

Hamid Hindi Mohammad al-Ziyadi was speaking to the Quds News Agency (Qudsna).

The Iraqi Sheikh said no doubt the ISIL terror group is trained inside Israel and receives support from the US.

The Iraqi Sheikh also noted that the ISIL terror groups are using Israeli made and US made weapons in Iraq, adding such weapons have been recovered from them.
