Large Gaza march in support of Aqsa Mosque

Thousands of Palestinians participated Friday afternoon in two large marches in Gaza Strip in support of al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem').

The first march was organized by Hamas Movement after Friday prayers in Jabalia refugee camp north of the Strip.

Senior Hamas leaders and members of the Palestinian Legislative Council participated in the march. Slogans in support of al-Aqsa Mosque were chanted during the march.

A similar march was organized by Jihad Movement in Gaza city hailing the assassination attempt of Jewish extremist rabbi Yehuda Glick.

A number of senior leaders in Jihad Movement led the demonstration that marched in the city streets amid large participation of members of al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the movement.
