Israeli workers threaten to bar PM from NY departure

The labor committee of the Israeli foreign ministry has threatened it would bar the regime's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu from leaving for New York's annual UN General Assembly meeting if the regime's Finance Ministry fails to meet its pay rise commitments under an April agreement.

Meanwhile, according to Haaretz, talks about a public sector wage agreement may soon resume in various labor sectors in Israel with budget makers at the treasury grappling with a big fiscal hole.

The daily said it was not clear where the government will be getting the money to pay for wage increases.
