1 in 3 Israeli teens attacked online

A survey shows that one in three Israelis between age 15 and 18 was attacked personally online due to anti-Israeli sentiment, the Zionist Anti-Defemation League has admitted.

The sample results, which included 500 teenagers, revealed that one in three Israeli youngsters, 36 percent, was attacked for being part of the Israel network.

More alarming for the league was the fact that most young people in Israel, about 69 percent, are exposed to anti-Israeli content across the network.

25 percent of Israeli teenagers noted that entry to certain sites was blocked after they identified themselves as Israeli. 23 percent received verbal attacks due to their national background, 9 percent of them had their internet forums confiscated, and 6 percent of them received threats because they were Israeli.
