Barak cancels Germany trip

Zionist regime's Embassy in Berlin says war Minister Ehud Barak has canceled his trip next week to Germany.

Embassy spokesman Aaron Segui says the cancellation was apparently due to tensions on the northern Israeli border.

Recent attacks and retaliation threats have raised fears in the Middle East of a possible new round of fighting between Israel and Hezbollah.

The embassy on Thursday morning said no new date for a visit has been set.

Barak was hoping to meet his German counterpart, Franz Josef Jung.
