Egypt Chief cancels Israel visit

General Omar Suleiman, who heads Egypt's intelligence services, said Friday he would not be visiting the Zionist-dwelled areas of the 1948 occupied Palestine next week, because of the escalation of Zionist regime's crimes and airstrikes in Gaza Strip.

Suleiman was scheduled to meet Zionist regime's Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, war Minister Ehud Barak and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni.
