Moughniyeh killing disgrace for Israel

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday in a message that assassinating Imad Moughniyeh, senior Commander of Hizbollah is another disgrace for the Zionist regime.

Ahmadinejad forwarded the message of condolence to Secretary General of Hezbollah Seyed Hassan Nasrollah, brave Hezbollah fighters, Lebanese people, Arab and Islamic nations, and all freedom-seekers worldwide.

The president said in his message, read by Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki at the funeral in Lebanon, that Moughniyeh was a brave man of the Islamic and Arab world, who fought to defend independence and sovereignty of his country, and is an honored figure in the eyes of regional nations.

The enemies, international occupiers and professional killers, who can not dare to fight such powerful fighters, embark on terrorist acts, the message said.

He was neither the first victim in the way of God, freedom and supporting dignity of nations nor will be the last one, Ahmadinejad said.

The usurpers of the holy Beit-ul-Moqaddas should know that they will never be able to make good on the last embarrassing defeat in war against Lebanon (July-August 2006), he added.

"The freedom-seeking nations particularly vigilant Lebanese people have millions of such fighters, who are ready to join the fight against the terrorists who perpetrate such the unmanly crimes," President Ahmadinejad said in his message read out by Mottaki.
