Speaker condemns Moughniyah killing

Head of Majlis Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel here Thursday condemned the assassination of top Hezbollah commander by the Israeli occupation regime.

Imad Moughniyah was martyred on Tuesday night in a car bombing in Damascus, Syria.

Addressing Majlis open session, Haddad-Adel said, "Israel will face a worse tomorrow than today."

He added that Moughniyah had no crime but to defend his country.

The speaker extended his condolences to Hezbollah and the Lebanese nation on the great loss.

The speaker said that Iran backs Hezbollah and added that the Zionist regime expressed pleasure with the assassination and the US officially supported it.

"This is the world order that the US promises," he stated.

The speaker said that Washington claims that it fights against terrorism and supports democracy, adding, "The US democracy is (based on) establishment of a government in the region for 60 years aimed at carrying out terror and crime."

Haddad-Adel stressed that the Zionist regime failed to establish security for itself for 60 years, saying, "Terrors will not bring security for the Zionists.

"Officials of the Zionist regime should know that security will not be established while they are not giving up to justice.

Palestinians will obtain their rights from Tel Aviv regime."
