Palestinian resistance heralds victory

 Ahmadinejad urged the Palestinians to continue path of resistance until victory is theirs

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here Wednesday evening that firm resistance of the Palestinian nation heralds powerful victory of the oppressed nation against the Zionist regime.

President Ahmadinejad made the remark at a meeting with the head of the Lebanese Hezbollah's representative office in Mecca, Sheikh Muhammed Yazbak.

He expressed hope that the Palestinian nation would continue the path of resistance until they achieve complete victory against the Zionist occupiers.

He called for more support by all world Muslims in order to help liberate the Palestinians from their critical situation in the occupied lands.

President Ahmadinejad arrived in Saudi Arabia Monday to perform annual Hajj rituals.

Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, Majlis Vice-Speaker Mohammad-Hassan Abutorabi-Fard and Presidential advisor Mojtaba Samareh-Hashemi are accompanying President Ahmadinejad in this spiritual visit.
