No plan for Bush-Abbas-Olmert meeting

US President George W Bush has no plans to hold a joint meeting with Zionist premier and PA head during a visit to the Middle East next week, the White House said.

 

Asked about a possible three-way meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian Authority president Mahmud Abbas, Bush national security adviser Stephen Hadley replied: "There is not one on the schedule at this point."

 

Hadley said Bush would hold "a series of bilateral meetings."
