American researcher in interview with Qodsna:
President Raisi’s support for Palestine to be remembered forever/FM Amirabdollahian tried hard to cement lasting ceasefire in Palestine

An American researcher and analyst told Qodsna that Iran’s late President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian will be remembered forever for their policies and endeavors especially regarding Palestine.
The interview comes as follows:
Qodsna: How do you see the impact of President Raisi’s foreign policy on the Palestinian cause?
Helali: The foreign policy initiatives of the martyrs President Raisi and Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian had an enormous impact on the Palestinian cause. First and foremost, Iran has undoubtedly become the regional superpower of Southwest Asia. Under President Raisi’s leadership, Iran joined BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, cementing its alliances, security, and developmental strategies. The struggle against Western imperialism and US hegemony is being waged throughout the Global South. While the West seeks to remake the world in its own image, sowing death, destruction, and discord throughout, the Global South struggles to build a world for the many, not the few. The struggle for a multipolar world order against the unipolar world is the battle of our time. What is unfolding in Ukraine, Gaza, East Asia, Africa, and Latin America are manifestations of this struggle. They are the frontlines of this war. The struggle of the Palestinian people is the struggle of the oppressed against the oppressor. President Raisi’s principled stand with the Palestinian people and with the forces of the resistance will forever be remembered. His impact is measured and assessed by the strengthened Palestinian resistance and their capabilities. President Raisi provided the necessary material support to continue to struggle for liberation and against imperialism and Zionism.
Qodsna: What’s your take on the achievements of Iran FM Amirabdollahian concerning the potential truce in Gaza?
Helali: Iran’s martyr Foreign Minister Amirabdollahian played a critical role in trying to bring peace and stability to Southwest Asia and secure victory for the Palestinian people. A career diplomat and highly accomplished scholar of politics and international relations, Amirabdollahian relentlessly pursued a foreign policy that advanced Iran’s foreign relations while not forsaking the revolution’s commitments to oppressed peoples around the world, notably the Palestinians. His foreign policy achievements can be seen in Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Pakistan, and the renewed diplomatic relations with Saudi Arabia which China helped bring about. Throughout this ongoing genocide, he worked tirelessly to cement a permanent and lasting ceasefire without conceding anything to the Zionist regime. He remained a sharp and astute opponent of the Zionist military occupation and apartheid regime. Ultimately, his unwavering commitments to the Palestinian people will forever be remembered.
