Hamas: Israeli massacres will not terrorize our people
"The ongoing Israeli fascist bombing of Gaza Strip reflects the ugly image of this abhorrent occupation," the Hamas Movement said in a statement late Sunday.
It added, “The Zionist criminal enemy continues to target our innocent, unarmed Palestinian people in steadfast Gaza committing massacres that are a shame on all humanity”.
"The Palestinian people will remain steadfast on their land and will continue to back their valiant resistance until the defeat of the Israeli occupation army," Hamas emphasized.
The Israeli army launched a series of bloody aerial raids of Gaza suburbs on Sunday night killing and wounding dozens.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced late Sunday that the number of those martyred in Israeli raids climbed to 2,808 including 724 children and 458 women while 10,6500 were injured almost half of them women and children.
The Civil Defense in Gaza, for its part, said that there are around 1,000 Palestinians still missing under the rubble.
