Two Palestinians injured in West Bank raids
The Zionist regime’s troops launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank at dawn Saturday.
In Qalqilya, two Palestinians were injured and a third arrested as clashes broke out in Azzun town after it was stormed by Zionist troops. A child was among the injured.
Similar clashes erupted in Al-Auja town in Jericho amid heavy firing of teargas and sound bombs.
Zionist troops also detained a young man in Jenin, and carried out violent raids in al-Khalil and Nablus.
The Zionist regime’s army often carries out detention raids against Palestinians in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, claiming to arrest wanted Palestinians.
Israel currently holds 4,900 Palestinians in its jails, including 34 women and 160 minors.
