Resheq lashes out at Netanyahu for boasting about illegal settlement

“The ill-famed Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, continues to boast about his terrorism against the Palestinians,” political bureau member of Hamas Ezzet Resheq said on Tuesday.

“Did he find a cover to step up his terrorism and a green light to perpetrate more crimes?” a tweet by Resheq read.

“Netanyahu’s boasting of the construction of a new illegal settlement outpost in the West Bank is a serious escalation and a new episode in the series of Israel’s terrorism against Palestinian land,” said Resheq. “The fact that Netanyahu continues to boast of illegal settlement construction in the occupied West Bank is a slap on the face of those who have been chasing down the mirage of negotiations and a challenging message to all those who would like to get the enemy on their side.”

The Hamas leader added that the Palestinian masses will stand on guard to Israel’s crimes, including settlement and Judaization schemes.

Recently, the Israeli occupation authorities embarked on the construction of an alternative settlement outpost on Palestinian land in Nablus to house Israeli settlers evacuated from Amona outpost last month.
