Palestinian woman carries out martyr operation

An Israeli female soldier has been stabbed by a Palestinian woman at a military checkpoint in Beit Lahm ('Bethlehem') on Monday in a first cold-arm martyrdom seeking operation by a female Palestinian resistance member.

The Palestinian woman stabbed the female soldier once she reached Rachel military checkpoint that links between Beit Lahm and occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem').

The soldier was transferred to hospital with moderate injuries, while the Palestinian woman was immediately arrested.

Israeli media sources affirmed that the soldier was seriously wounded in the neck, and alleged that the Palestinian woman had two other knives in her possession.
