Mufti of Quds condemns Charlie Hebdo insult

Palestinian Grand Mufti of the occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem') Mohammed Hussein has joined a chorus of Muslim dignitaries condemning a new blasphemous cartoon in the Charlie Hebdo magazine insulting the noblest Messenger of Allah Hazrat Mohammed, according to Qods News Agency.

"This insult has hurt the feelings of nearly two billion Muslims all over the world. The cartoons and other slander damage relations between the followers of the (Abrahamic) faiths," he said in a statement.

The mufti, who oversees Muslim sites in the occupied city also slammed the disregard for the feelings of Muslims.
