Any humiliating ceasefire is rejected
Member of the Palestinian and Resistance Affair fraction in the Iranian parliament says since a 72-hour truce took hold in Gaza, certain reactionary Arab regimes have sought to press the resistance groups in Palestine to bow to a humiliating truce with Israel.
"Iran however strongly rejects any humiliating truce" that fails to meet the resistance demands, Mojtaba Rahmandoust told the parliamentary information department.
The Iranian lawmaker said Israel committed a strategic miscalculation by launching a new war on Gaza as it has no other option than truce in order to control its battlefield losses.
The lawmaker said the regime was also under the pressure of the world public opinion in admitting the 72-hour truce.
Rahmandoust added however "the blood money of over 1,500 killed in Gaza was only the freedom of Palestinian captives and the end of the siege on Gaza."
The lawmaker said it was a Godly promise that the Palestinian resistance groups will be the eventual victors.
